As you may have heard, the Globe has reestablished its relationship with PCF, our previous distribution partner. PCF will once again be handling operations in the Newton, Pembroke, and Peabody areas, which have seen some of the most serious delivery disruptions.
As a result of this change, we are hoping to see improved delivery service in these areas as soon as Monday, Jan. 11.
If you are having problems with delivery, please visit our customer service website, BostonGlobe.com/ConsumerUpdate. Scroll down on the page to report a delivery issue and get detailed instructions for accessing your account. Of course, you will not be charged for papers that you do not receive.
