Special Counsel Robert Mueller said. He made his first public statement on the Trump-Russia investigation Wednesday morning, declaring the investigation closed and stating that he would resign and return to private life. Mueller said the report?s words were chosen carefully and serve as his testimony, and he does not plan on speaking further.
